Popping out

Today was a day of popping in and out.

I woke up early (which is always annoying on a day off) and had had my first coffee by the time Steve Wright joined me in bed!

Tidying, ironing and meal prep was all done by 11am.

I called at Tesco and Matalan to see what they had in the way of swimwear and shorts, but didn’t buy anything.

Finally, a couple of hours catching up with my Dad and Stepmum before going home for a nap.

These lovely poppies are in our front garden; I’m waiting for the red ones to appear in the back garden next :-)
