AGM

This morning I chaired the owners AGM which lasted two busy hours.  Decisions were made for the coming year about maintenance fees, site repairs etc etc. When it was over I at 12.00 I then spent most of the afternoon writing the minutes and emailing everyone.  All done and dusted by 5pm Graham, Mark and I went to nearby 'colourful chairs cafe' for beers and dinner, where we were joined an hour later by new arrivals to our complex - David's sister and partner Tony and we all enjoyed a very jolly evening laughing away which was the pickmeup Graham and I needed to round off this thank goodness it's only once a year day..
