Finally made it...

to the beach! (No, we didn't take the pictured boat to get to the island. I just thought it looked really nice against the blue water.) We took a ferry about 45 minutes from Pattaya to Koh Lan. And although it rained a bit, it was really nice.

I love traveling with Thai friends because then I can just follow along. I'm convinced they have built-in sensors for the best food, hotels, transportation, and shopping deals. :)
