School rose

The turquoise railings surround my son’s former primary school. I think it’s a lovely kind of rose - the wild rambling sort.
A day of getting things done. The optician, also my boiler had its annual service. As he was leaving, I mentioned I was concerned about gas prices, especially for next winter, and he said he could alter a setting and save me lots of money. He changed the boiler’s running temperature from 70 to 60c, which is apparently the optimum. I was glad I’d mentioned it. Also cooked loads of meals for the freezer, 15 altogether. I don’t feel like cooking from scratch every night so it works well for me
