Ardgowan estate

Glorious day!! Out walk/run (noticed I've dropped the shuffle!) with Carolyn this morning, in for a coffee and home by 10.30, now that's what I call productive.
I think we will have to put a wee bit more effort into the running, we are still talking too much!
