Buttercups For Breakfast

Imagine my delight when I arrived at the river early this morning in the fog to be greeted by this beautiful sight! I've never seen a deer in this spot before, never mind one that didn't beat a hasty retreat the moment he spotted me!

A full-on day having only just returned from holiday - many jobs to catch up on then looking after my granddaughters this afternoon and again evening. I shall sleep well tonight, especially as I didn't sleep well last night and have been awake since before 5!
