Blue Skies After Mist

Heavy rain through the night, and cleared the mist.  It's been a beautiful day of sunshine, warm when out of the wind.  Beautiful orange and pink skies at 10pm tonight.

Mam and dad got back from their holidays this morning, but no one home when I popped by, so headed to Laura's before work.  Late shift in the airport, and mostly on the check-in desk.  A steady day of passengers, and delays on our last flights.  Walkies with Sammy, and catching the last of the Rangers football match.

With such a fine day, I had to spend my lunch break outside.  It's certainly a happier sky when blue, rather as that grey mist we had yesterday.  Hopefully better signs of summer coming, we need it.  Not sure what this old building is, but assume it's the remains of a WWII hut.  The windows frame the nice day well.  Taken at Compass Head, Sumburgh.
