Emblematic

A glorious day's birding at RSPB Minsmere! Top sightings included Cetti's Warbler (often heard, seldom seen), Bittern and Glossy Ibis, with a total count of 45 species for the day. Two birds which are reliably found at this wonderful reserve, which celebrates its 75th anniversary this year, are Avocet - the bird chosen as the emblem of the RSPB, and Whitethroat. See extras
