Peebles

A nice trip down to Peebles this morning, the main significance is that I drove.
We have had this car for just over a year and I have never driven it but will be needed to share driving when we travel down to Englandshire. Not a problem in our last car but this is automatic, with a raft of different buttons to press also I need to learn to control the spare foot and hand, which may have a life of their own.
Having arrived safely and parked neatly we pottered along the High Street, took coffee in the Oven Door as usual, raided a few charity shops for books and wandered back for Mr Flum to take over, driving us home.
