Up Close

We are at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway right now for a race weekend. Today is a day of "test and tune" which gives the drivers a chance to see how their cars are performing, and time to tweak things that aren't behaving as they should.

My husband is careening around the track as I write this, no doubt grinning from ear to ear. I took this picture during the lunch break, when his car was in the garage being fussed over by mechanics. That side mirror gives my favourite driver an up close view of who's sneaking up from behind!
