Today’s adventures

Well I guess today’s main adventure was the pigeon. I was having a quiet time in the house, the door is usually open to let the dogs in and out when they want. Then I heard all this banging and crashing. A pigeon had flown in through the conservatory door and couldn’t find it’s way out. First I tried opening more windows and left it for about half hour but still no luck. In the end I grabbed a dog blanket and gently manoeuvred it towards the windows. Phew, success, just a few pigeon poos to clear up not too bad. See extras.

This morning I visited the farm and had coffee and biscuits. On this evening’s dog walk I took them both to the lake, brother D had said he saw the mandarin ducks back again but I didn’t see them. There were lots of mallard ducks and geese though and it was very tranquil there. A nice walk.
