I submitted my final assessment for the hypnotherapy exam, a recorded zoom therapy session with very explicit rules and timings. I was a couple of minutes over , but they said they will grade it. I’m now picking over the session , busy focusing on everything I could have done differently, as is human nature !! I can resubmit one more time if I need to.

It was the best TV I’ve seen in ages . Real, honest and incredible sailing footage. Also lots of perms, raybans and baggy T Shirts ( that was me )!
