Sky Above ...

... this afternoon on our street, looking straight up opposite the condominium parking lot.  I'm not sure what the blossoms are--Marylee can't help, being long since in bed. 

I've just finished watching a full two-hour program,  Dinosaur Apocalyse  on PBS Nova--utterly fascinating.  Focusing on a dig site in North Dakota it analyzed the demise of the dinosaurs (and virtually all other life on earth) sixty-six million years ago  as the result of an asteroid crashing into the earth around the Yucatan  peninsula.
