We drove to Granville the long way via the lanes, when looking at the map Granville is about 21 Kms in more or less in a straight line from here. Once there it was lunch time and as luck would have it we passed a likely looking place and a seat was available. The food was very good, a busy spot. We did a little shopping and wandered around the town, all very pleasant. It remains very warm although cloudy, we thought it was going to rain but not yet, the plants still needed watering.
