73 day of the war

Hi friends.
The last few days have been quite tense due to the growing number of rocket attacks in all cities of Ukraine. The information war is also quite powerful. In the occupied cities, Russians are posting Russian-language signs with city names in preparation for the May 9 parades. They are doing everything to show that the cities are occupied forever. But this should not be the case, and I am glad that Zelensky also understands that they cannot be given territory. We are simply gradually taking away land and people. In 2014, Crimea and part of eastern Ukraine disappeared. Now they have occupied the whole south and want to cut us off from the sea. But in this case we will be surrounded on three sides and there will be no doubt that the country will simply cease to exist.
Now a difficult date is approaching, "Victory Day" on May 9. In Russia, a lot is being said about mobilization, about planning large-scale missile strikes in all cities. Everyone is asked to leave the city or, if possible, stay at home.
It is likely that a new level of escalation of the conflict and new casualties will begin on May 9. I hope that everything will be fine, but we are preparing for the worst.
At this point, you begin to understand how important it is to live in the present moment. At first, all thoughts were about the war and the great losses we suffered. Everything in the past burned down together with the apartment, the plans we were making together with the killed friends disappeared.
Now I try not to think about the future, but to be in the moment "here and now". It helps not to lose your mind from stress, helps to appreciate every minute of a great journey called life.
In the coming years, all these events will be only dates in history textbooks. Stories of the great victory of Ukraine.

I made this post yesterday, but for some reason it disappeared, so I'm teaching again.
As of today, there is very good news - ALL civilians have been removed from Azovstal! Thanks to the support of the whole world, this was finally done.
The military remained at the plant, which I hope will be able to survive and return to us.

Останні дні проходять досить напружено через зростаючу кількість ракетних обстрілів по всім містам України. Інформаційна війна також досить потужна. У окупованих містах росіяни ставлять російськомовні таблички з назвами міст, готуються до парадів на 9 травня. Вони роблять все щоб показати що міста окуповані назавжди. Але це так не повинно бути та я радий що Зеленський також розуміє що не можна віддавати їм территорію. В нас просто поступово відбирають землю та людей. У 2014 році не стало Криму та частини східної України. Зараз вони окуповують весь південь та хочуть відрізати нас від моря. Але у цьому випадку ми будемо оточені з трьох боків та не буде сумнівів що країна просто перестане існувати.
Зараз наближається важка дата, "день перемоги" 9 травня. Ходить багато розмов про мобілізацію у росії, про планування масштабних ракетних атак по всім містам. Всіх просять по можливості залишити міста або сидіти вдома.
Дуже їмовірно що 9 травня почнеться новий рівень ескалації конфлікту та нові жертви. Я сподіваюсь що все буде добре, але готуємось до найгіршого.
У цей час починаєшь розуміти як важливо жити у теперішньому моменті. Перший час всі думки були тільки про війну та великі втрати, які ми зазнали. З квартирою згоріло все минуле, з вбитими друзями зникли плани, що ми будували разом.
Зараз я намагаюсь не думати про майбутьнє, а бути у моменті "тут і зараз". Це допомогає не втрачати розум від стресу, це допомагає більше цінувати кожну хвилину великої подорожжі що зветься життям.
Через роки всі ці події будуть просто датами у книжках з істрії. Історії великої перемоги України.

Зараз організовано збір підписів для забеспечення термінової евакуації наших людей з заводу Азовсталь, де досі продовжуються важкі бої та люди третій місяць сидять у бомбосховищах. Не знаю чи справді петиції можуть допомогти у цій ситуації, але вважаю що якщо є хоч маленький шанс що це спрацює - потрібно діяти.
