Daisies

I saw a patch of daisies
with dandelions in between
basking in the sun
their simple beauty
stopped me in my tracks
and that’s all it took
to make me smile today.
:-)

In other news:
Frank left for Ireland at 6.30 am
I have been painting the living room all day
I sat out in the garden for coffee breaks - sunny with a brisk breeze
Walkies with Bella
I had to ‘cook’ my own tea - salad!
