Publiic Toilets
The bright white building in the distance on the left is a very expensive holiday cottage. It was converted from some really old smelly public toilets that had been empty/unused for years. An 'outsider' pumped lots of money into it, suffered some vandalism, and eventually got it up and running.
There have since been some dramatic cliff falls very close by, and the footpath to the old toilets 'cottage' fell away and has only recently been restored. (I think the restoration was paid for from council tax, as the footpath leads to the coastal path). The cottage owners continue to make profits!
I took the photo because of the astounding blue of the water. There were dark clouds behind me which I think caused some of the colour in the water. The sky was blue in one direction and leaden grey in the other.
