Bridgenorth
We walked round the castle wall at Bridgenorth and passed by the funicular railway which is reputed to have the steepest incline in this country. We lunched in a great little Tea Rooms and felt transported back in time. We also visited the Council Chamber built in the 1500s. A truly remarkable building beautifully preserved and still in regular use. However this indoor market, almost hidden up a narrow entrance, stole the blip of the day. If it wasn't for sale in this market - you didn't want it!
