I’ve been quite busy over the last week , so I’m just catching up with my blipfotos now. Today I’ve been preparing the handouts for my first full day yoga workshop at Shambellie House tomorrow. I’ve also been practicing my harmonium and the 2 mantra chants I will be sharing.

I popped out into my garden to take this image of a bee I spotted when gazing out the back door. There are baby sparrows in the garden , begging their parents for food . The young look extremely well fed , whereas their parents look pretty lean . They nest in the thick back garden hedge.

Thankfully Cassie just looks at the birds from afar.
