Oystercatcher

We were out early (7.40am) at the Dock Park and it started snowing ! ( see extra )
The vet called to report Cassie’s cyst result was inconclusive. So it will be monitored. She’s an old cat and as it’s not bothering her surgery is not on the cards. Phew
My partner did his 30 minute run , while I had a walk. That’s when I snapped this beautiful oystercatcher feeding on the banks of the river Nith.
My partner took the train back home so he can vote in the council elections. I then met my friend Ana at the allotment and we potted up some of the tomato plants and had a good chat.
I had a long nap in the afternoon.
I’ve started watching the first series of the Danish drama ‘The Killing’ on iPlayer. I’m hooked !
