Inside the nose
Today, day 16, I finally tested negative for Covid! Hoorah! Unfortunately, Mike is still positive and, to be honest, I don't feel negative yet.
Anyway, to get some free air in my lungs, I took Lottie for a good walk up round the fields. It used to be that farmers left a reasonably wide margin round the edge when they ploughed a field. Not these days! Tricky, walking almost on the fence line in places!
I found this rabbit skull and I love the incredible detail of its sinuses. I've been very concerned with my own for the past sixteen days! Such a fretwork of tiny bones. Just for interest, the extra is the underside of the skull, with the tiny teeth still in place.
Also a tiger moth woolly bear caterpillar. The first I've seen this year.
