Diggers Hall

On my way to a meeting after work when my Blip reminder buzzed. This is the entrance to our local community centre where the meeting was being held. It is a fantastic resource for our rural community - a multipurpose centre where netball comps and martial arts practice happen, formal balls, weddings, parties and a range of celebrations and random events happen. There is a large bar, kitchen, huge BBQ and grassed area out the back as well as an enclosed children's play area. It is in rustic outback colours and has a running artesian bore water feature in the front. Don't you just love the roof line at the entrance? Do you think I am proud of it? ;-)
