Not today

It wasn't a "friendly face" today: the bank was shut for this unfortunate lady.

But we had a successful afternoon.  Mrs B had broken her (v expensive) spectacles by sitting on them by mistake, but Specsavers had the right replacements at a better price.  And the staff, all pretty young, were friendly and efficient – that's a "friendly face" thing, I reckon.
