A Wet Blessing
Another jour de temps miserable (sorry for my pidgin French, Nicoiseannie!), but at least the damp gives us rich colours in the bluebell woods.
Mrs B complained about the rich pink/purple that my camera showed, so I've adjusted the bluebells to be blue and increased the colour saturation a tiny bit (tiny!). This little woodland is right by the road, but few people stop to photograph it, so there is less risk of the plants being trampled – I was careful.
We're preparing this week to travel north for the funeral of a friend. He died suddenly a few weeks ago, aged 67, leaving his widow to face "a long road of loneliness".
Sigh . . .
