What a day!
A beautiful morning, so perfect for gardening. B gave me a hand to transfer the tomato plants from the grow bag to pots. The centre one was failing so was binned.
I’m trying to dry out the compost that was in the grow bag so that it can be reused. The appearance of peat free compost doesn’t impress.
We were getting ready to go into town as B had a dental appointment. B had been cleaning the screen on his phone and managed to stretch the image and couldn’t get it to power down. It was sending alert messages!!
I got the job of taking it into the EE shop, where the lady showed me how to shrink it. The shop was busy and whilst I was waiting I had a phone call, the sound of which was in my ear. I then answered by talking into my watch. I explained to my friend where I was and that I would ring her back. I think that the other customers thought that I’d lost it!!! The joys of technology!!!
I managed to get my few bits of shopping before meeting up with B outside the dentist’s. A bit of a warm gallop up and down the high street. I chose these tulips today, because most of the tulips in the gardens in the village are finished.
