A little bundle of the softest feathers

This little gosling will grow up to be a rather fine looking Canada Goose.
There are between 40 and 50 goslings, the greater number belonging to the Canada Geese ….. the Greylags are a bit slow off the mark this year.
The Canada Geese and their goslings join together to form wee nurseries so you see more than a dozen youngsters accompanied by four or five adults paddling their way round the edges of the loch.
