Like Butter

The surround sound goldfinch chorus continues. It’s unreal. The treetops are full of these beautiful little birds (lemon drops or butter sticks?) happily singing their songs all the live long day. We have goldfinches year around but we’ve never had this many before. PS - they enjoy nibbling new leaf buds off the trees • Another gorgeous day! Lucky us! We accomplished a few more outdoor projects and even burned some of the sticks and branches MrsP’s been collecting. Each day we hope to plant our broccoli seedlings and radish seeds but it looks like we’ll have to postpone again because of cool nighttime temperatures. Maybe this weekend? • Peace & Love
