Friends in Need

Barb graciously, generously offered to help me get started on the felted rug we're all knitting. Boy, I'm telling you, I'd still be reading and rereading, casting on, tearing out. Really. But she's a gem of a teacher and such a dear dear.
The pattern calls for 10 different colors, should've used the colors they suggested, but there are so many yummy colors, why do that!
