Retro!

These are probably my all time favourite sweets from when I was wee. They are floral gums; small, fragrant and not quite hard. Many years ago, Mum would by them for me at Lewis's department store (not John Lewis) in Argyle Street. I used to love the food department there, like a budget Harrods food hall where you could buy loose tea biscuits etc.

I bought them in the old fashioned sweet shop I visited on Saturday. Amazed there are any left now.
