Bee at work.

Not much done today.  My knee still hasn't recovered from Monday's walking and I've learned over the years that you have to just let it be. So not much got done. I filled in my postal vote, sent it off and gardened, not a totally sensible move but I did little bits with sofa breaks in between.  Sunflower seeds were planted.  Thought about going out in the car but I was enjoying my book so I stuck to the garden for a blip.  There were a few bees around which was good and some species tulips were out so I played around with them. Now I'm off to have very traditional smoked salmon on brown bread with lemon and a nice green salad.  The only thing missing is some good dry sherry or a bottle of Chablis.
