Martin Wishart Perfection

We had fun last night. We attended a Martin Wishart "Learn then dine" event at his cook school. We watched a demo of cheese souffle, and a paris brest (choux with hazelnut creme patissier filling). Then, we went round to the restaurant where we had an amazing tasting menu.

Can't think why we not eaten there more recently. The food is exceptional. This is ravioli of crab, squid and artichoke, crab cappuccino
