Another Persiana

Busy packing the van and cooking to use up stuff in the fridge. Typically it’s been a glorious day and I only got a walk as far as Val’s with the tulips - no point in binning them when someone can get the pleasure.

The forecast isn’t looking promising for our trip but it can’t be as bad as it was when we last went, one Christmas holidays for a week when we bagged the Munro, Ben More, on our second attempt.

The salad is barley, onion , sunblush tomatoes, broccoli and za’atar. It’s tasty!
