Floored!

Whilst we’re in London, M and I have been staying in Walthamstow, just down the road from my dear friend SuMay and her family, who’ve popped up in this journal on several occasions over the years www.blipfoto.com/entry/2445308634251395107 but who I haven’t seen for too long. It’s been lovely to spend a bit of time with them all this week.

This afternoon we met up with them in Lloyd Park in the grounds of William Morris’ former home, having visited the house itself to see a great exhibition about the wonderful textile designer Althea McNish www.wmgallery.org.uk/whats-on/exhibitions-43/althea-mcnish-colour-is-mine

We then spent a thoroughly enjoyable evening together, eating curry and shooting the breeze.
