Little Lamb

Today's the day . . . . .. . . . to sunbathe

Another wonderfully sunny and blue day, perfect for the drive across to Moniaive for this week's grandchild-minding - but chilly in the wind if you were out.

There were lots of these tiny lambs in the fields on the way.  Spring takes longer to come up in the hills and they were a few weeks behind the lambs on lower ground.  So still at the cuddly stage!  Most of them were playing about in little groups - but this one was very comfortably dozing in the sun.

Shame they have to grow up - into sheep . . . . . . . . . .
