I made this!

Last night I went out to a beginners sewing lesson, and we made a simple cushion cover.....simple or not , it is the first thing that I have ever made on a sewing machine! Quite proud of myself!

Rainy day today, which is good as it is still very dry around here. But it has turned cold too, so have lit the logburner , which feels cosy even though it is only early evening...love the sound of rain falling on the roof.
