This is where I live....

This is the valley where we live...
It looks very rural, but is only 5 mins drive to the city centre. I like that we are surrounded by the hills on one side, and in two other directions we can get to the sea easily too. In fact , there is a road tunnel straight thru' the hills that leads to a beautiful harbour, I will blip that one day soon.
The big rock on the sky line is Castle Rock, it was blown apart by the EQ's and is now only 1/2 its original size, or less.


Spent the morning in the office at home, then running around doing jobs around town, and quite excited to be going out tonight to do a 'Learn to Sew' course....see how I go!
