Dinner in the Den

After church today Steve went out to do some more building work with a friend on his house, and I built the boys a den out of a big cardboard box we had in the hall. This came about as a direct result of Bear discovering he could get into my dresser cupboards: we discovered glowsticks and LED balloons in there, and needed somewhere to play with them! They were excited to be able to have their dinner in there later on too.

Church this morning - I decided to stay in the meeting with the Bear instead of going straight out to creche, and amazingly he was actually really easy to look after! Must remember to remove all items from my handbag that I don't want him playing with though as it was the excitement of investigating, and then of usually-banned pens to play with that kept him occupied...
