Proud of my boy today. On his fortieth birthday he completed Stratford on Avon half marathon despite  during the last couple of months having a broken toe, a premature baby, covid, and currently a child with Chickenpox.  He had very little chance to train and it was nowhere near his personal best but he did it. Well done Rich.
Now we are in my happy place. The Cornish coast (extra) . After we had watched the finish we drove down here, no hold ups and no stopping. Here for a week.
