Carnán Caisil...

... or wall pennywort. It's everywhere on every wall but each year I look in vain for it to pop up on our wall. This year it's arrived and the wall is festooned with these odd little towers. They're still in bud and the flowers have yet to open  Also known as pennywort or navelwort, as there seems to be a tummy button in the middle of the leaf! The leaves are edible and are good in salad. Good for corns too apparently.
