Happy Birthday

My Mum took this photo of my Dad today. It is his 87th birthday.

I called and spoke to my Dad for a while this morning (lunchtime, his time). Then I headed outside to begin working at cleaning up the hydrangea bushes. It’s been about 3 years since I last cleared out the old growth. It’s going to take me a while to get it all done but I will.

I worked outside pretty much all day and I got the hydrangea bushes cleaned on our side. (See extra). I will need to take a couple of days next week and get the other side done.

I got this solar light the other day that is an owl (see extra) as I couldn’t resist. :-)

I’m exhausted but happy. Hope you are all having a good weekend too.
