Mitchelgate

It was so nice having a houseful for a Sunday lunch*, yesterday, so I was delighted when Milly decided to stay on and work from Kirkby Lonsdale, today, meaning that we could go out for a meal this evening with Dan and Abi.

I spent the day working from home and then had my German lesson at five o'clock. I'm enjoying the lessons more and more, but I still find them incredibly tiring, so I was ready for a beer afterwards, and got the kids out of the door as soon as I could.

Here they are - Dan, Milly, and Abi - walked down Mitchelgate on our way to Avanti.

*The Sunday roast seems to be a tradition that has waned, at least in our family.
