What Will They Think of Next?

Many , many families here in OTOW, have pets.  Many have small dogs that are easy to care for and won't knock over or drag the frailer elderly.   
     Some of the families have dog carriages.  Todays Blip was in front of a villa.  One or both of the couple rides a bike and.....  puts the small dog in the carriage and takes the dog out for a bike ride.  There isn't much exercise for the dog but there's plenty for the bike rider.  It is really cute to watch them ride by.    When the rider gets to the mailbox, they take the dog out to do their business, clean up for the trash, get the mail and head on home to dinner.
     The red is the carriage, the black is the bicycle.
