Bluebell Wood

A colleague tipped me off about a local wood which has a magnificent bluebell display. I managed to get out there an hour or so before sunset in order to get some of low, golden light.  I've seen a few bluebell woods over the years, but this topped them all with a spectacular profusion of flowers.

 Two of the extras are from my phone and give a better sense of the masses of bluebells...

I think it's safe to say that I will be returning to this rather lovely woodland for further explorations...
