Our friends in the North

This is my very chipper friend Dave in his rather baronial dining room today.

There was hope of a larger get together with friends from Bakewell and a reminisce about our first meeting on the Isle of Wight. We all met on holiday with the photographer Martin Parr in 2008.

Paul and Janet couldn't make it but Dave's wife Sara came down to share the mushroom pasta and a few laughs.

Definitely worth the trip.
