Speckled Wood Butterfly

A few of these appeared today, the first we have seen.

Peacock, Small White, Holly Blue and Orange Tip all seen today.
 
I am told it is World Curlew Day?
So I found a Curlew but didn’t get close for a photo  - Extra photo
