For the rabbits

For the past few days, the nicer weather has encouraged the dandelions in our garden to become significantly more prolific. Katie has taken it upon herself every day to pick a few to give to our rabbits. I went over to her as she did this recently and she said "Mummy!! I'm trying to stop Ernie, he's not letting Baby Grey have one". I found it rather adorable to then watch her spend several minutes enticing Ernie one direction and attempt to feed Baby Grey before he got back over to them. Today as she gathered it was rather windy - it did make for cute crazy hair!

First thing when she woke up, she asked for some stories. We had a wonderful half hour curled in bed reading books together. Thankfully she'd woken up reasonably early so we had lots of time to relax. After we'd got ready for nursery and I asked her which carrier she wanted to use to go. The response I got was started with serious Look. "Mummy, the stars of course. We haven't used that for YEARS". She does rather love the stars wrap.

When I went to pick her up, nursery had the packs from the photographer last week. I did soooo well at nearly rejecting the whole lot and not even taking them home. They were Not Very Katie. Not at all. I took them home to consider one shot of her and Monkey. On reflection I am going to send them all back as they sent the big multi packs. I will probably buy one copy of it, or pay for the digital download. She's just not smiling like Katie in any of them. Lesley said, she cant really understand how I ended up with these shots as apparently she was laughing a lot in the room, but the photos just haven't caught it. She's still pretty though!

I found her a fab dress while out today that has a camera on. TK Maxx had some great dresses in the sale, so she got a couple of treats. She looked through them after nursery. Each item she said "ohhh pretty"..."ohh pretty".... she was rather adorable!
