Primula

Don't know its name, or even if it has one (suggestions?) as I don't know where it came from. It might be hybridised and self-seeded or it might have come from a packet of seeds at Inverewe Gardens many years ago, whatever, it's delightful.
A funny sort of day which didn't turn out as planned.
After getting the washing out I went to the Dundee United shop to get some gift vouchers, then up to church to do some sorting (a group no longer using the church left a lot of stuff behind and don't seem to want it so it's being binned or found new homes) and then the weekly shop.
Gardening was planned for the afternoon but an old friend, not seen for several years, arrived at the door so we had a lovely couple of hours catching up.
By the time I did get into the garden the sun had gone in and the temp suddenly dropped as the haar came in.
I wasn't out long as it was running group - at least the haar came in before so I knew what to wear - and then a rather boring meeting where I was taking minutes but found it hard to hear the 2 doing most of the speaking.
Finally home for tea and it was after 9pm.
