Family outing and bicycle

Today I ventured beyond the immediate local area and I saw that abandoned pay bikes were on the increase again, in all states of repair and damage. A blot on the streetscape.

The one in the photo is close to home, outside the public house. At first it looked to me as though it were without wheels, but it still has them. If it didn't I probably couldn't call it a bicycle.

The extra shows more pay bikes, so far lined up neatly.
