No sunset tonight.  Too much cloud cover.  We had this hint of evening light and then nothing.

Photos in extras are Azzy exploring in the "lying down" rata trees and her seeing just how wet and muddy she can get before getting back in the van because obviously I must love the smell of wet dog.  Both taken at Papatowai.

I had sort of decided that on this trip I was going to stay only at places I haven't stayed before, but I was desperate for a real shower and a power connection and the only other camp in this area doesn't allow dogs so I'm back at a spot I've returned to a few times over the years.  Maybe  because of the views from the camp sites and maybe because they have great pressure showers.
