Spitfire?

Not what I would normally have in mind when someone mentions Spitfire and aircraft in the same sentence.

A roaring from beyond the hedges distracted me from my book and I looked up in time to see this balloon drifting past, surprisingly close to home. Normally they are only specks seen from a distance.

... And finally I am caught up on my many backblips. Now to see if I can continue to stay on top of them...
